一支长达8分钟上司毒打外籍保安人员的影片在网上流出，造成全国轰动。

内文写着事情发生在我国，身穿蓝色上衣的上司一边骂，一边用警棍毒打尼泊尔籍保安人员。
上司把那名保安当狗一样打，保安也不敢回手，任由上司对他施暴，可以听到打人的上司说：
“你有什么问题？在这里工作给我制造麻烦、你以为你自己是谁？是来这里做工还是添麻烦？……”
还能听到一旁录制影片的人用印度话说：“够了”

I found when in Malaysia, Nepali security guards are pervasive holding temperature checks or guarding 5* hotels, office buildings, embassies, malls, apartments. Working 7 days a week for long hours and little pay, often in debt bondage from exorbitant recruitment related fees/costs, cheated by Malaysian/Nepali recruitment agencies and brokers, living in squalid accomodation it is often truly barely a human existence. Many times I have raised the systemic and widespread abuse of security guards with domestic and international media to garner more attention but with little interest, after all it’s not rubber gloves, garments or palm oil. But the security guard industry in Malaysia is terrible and systemic abuse.

根据NST报导，Wangsa Maju警局局长Rajab Ahad Ismail说，事发地点位于Wangsa Maju的Jalan Madeasah某个公寓停车场。他说打人的上司很可能是巴基斯坦人，但有网友从他的口音听得出他是本地人。
“不像是巴基斯坦人，他讲话听起来是大马人。”
“那个人不是巴基斯坦人，我分辨得出外国人讲马来话跟大马人讲马来话。”
尼泊尔媒体Nepali Times访问了另一名曾在大马工作的男子，他说这名打人的上司名叫Mannu。
“他打过很多人，我就是被打之后向尼泊尔大使馆投诉。我在大马待了将近4年，之后比原本计划提早5个月离开，因为我实在顶不顺被虐待了。”
