号外号外，Facebook公司改名了！
美国时间2021年10月28日早上10点（大马时间2021年10月28日晚上10点），Facebook公司创始人Mark Zuckerberg在Facebook Connect 2021上宣布：Facebook公司正式改名为Meta！

在这项会议中，Mark Zuckerberg表示宇宙是下一个前沿，从现在开始公司将以宇宙为先，而不是Facebook优先。
Meta的官方Twitter也发文，表示元宇宙是下一个社会关系的演变，同时欢迎大家来到社交的下一章。

另外，Meta公司也强调，旗下的Apps（Facebook、Messenger、Instagram和WhatsApp）只是公司品牌，所以会保留原名。
